Let battle commence
These tanks are so much fun. I didn't really know what to expect when I ordered these tanks. They arrived well packaged and undamaged from the seller. The tanks were a gift for my son and he is thrilled with them. The tanks are robust and well made. They are still running well after constant use. The rechargeable batteries work well and hold their charge. I haven't timed how long the charge lasts for but I have 'battled' with my son for hours without any noticeable decline in performance from the tanks.Setting up battlegrounds in the house is half the fun allowing the tanks to hide and avoid being hit.We have also used the tanks outside without any problems. The only drawback I can see after using the tanks is that they don't have enough power to negotiate gradients greater than around 40 degrees but maybe that is just being picky. These tanks provide hours of fun and definitely offer value for money.

Are real hit with my 2 tank commanders!
My two boys 8 & 6 absolutely love these tanks. After discovering the scoring system, how to turn the turrets, the machine guns and the weak spots where you get the best hit points, they got busy building a tank course with cardboard boxes and ramps and hiding places. For the price, you can't go wrong. The tanks are robust and responsive. It would be good to know where to get spare battery packs as the fun runs out after about 40 mins of play and they need a 4 he recharge, but hey, that's the time to hone the skills re-arranging the cardboard boxes for the next battle.

Good fun, but.
Looks good and works well, good fun. The battery connectors are are very fiddly and only lasted for a few uses and need a steady hand to plug and unplug. I have replaced these with a more suitable connector.

Nephew loved it.
This was a Christmas present for my nephew (6 years old) and he loved it and his dad and his grandad. Should of charged the batteries and put batteries in, before giving the gift, as he want to play with immediately.Downside it’s very noisy and tracks came off, but simple to put back on.

Broke within 15 minutes...
So the concept is fun and cool; however within about 15 minutes of this fun, the track on the bigger tank kept coming off to where it makes the tank immobile. You can put it back on, but it will just fall off again as soon as you try to turn it. My son got this for his birthday present and LOVED it until it was apparent that the one tank is defective. If you were to buy something similar; try to find one that has two of the same smaller tanks, the smaller one seems solid enough to keep going.

These have been great, everything worked fine
These have been great, everything worked fine, adults and children have been hammering them since Christmas morning great fun had by all. They work far better on hard floors, they sometimes throw off a track when on carpet you do need 8 hours for the first charge so I did this before Christmas day subsequent charges take @ 2- 4 hours there is no status light on the charger. The batteries last well although its worth getting spares to keep the fun going. Very good value for money.

A Game Toy to test your reactions
Since buying these pair of tanks, I manage to wean my son of the internet for a period of time. Both he and I enjoy the fun of testing our reactions. OK so they are replicas of violence, but they must be seen as toys and not a modern day equivalent of toy guns I grew up with. The Radio contol enables the tanks to move left, right, forwards and back, and traverse the turret 180 degrees, whilst doing so by pressing the fire button ,it emits sound effect of a machine gun sound. When not traversing ,pressing the fire button ,enable you to fire the gun, ok so it a sound effect , but by aiming at at opponent you may be lucky in hitting it. Thats where the skill comes in. Forget what the weapons represent, they are TOYS. buy and try your skill.
