I needed some magnets to fix a broken pantry door that didn't close anymore, and I macgyvered it with these magnets and it turned out very well.

Nice products to keep cabinets closed. I purchased for my motorhome. I’ll still use the locks on several, but these will keep smaller drawers shut and stop my garbage drawer sliding open when I’m on a slight tilt. They come with quality 3M VHP double sided tape and screws. Make sure if you add screws to center exactly in holes, so flush, or the screws sticking up even slightly will reduce the magnetic holding power. It’s best to stick on with tape, verify position, then pre-drill the holes for the screws.

The magnet was not thin enough to meet my purpose, which was to use on a locking pocket door. It did work on a folding door ok.

We purchased a dog gate but could only lean it against the chair railing. The railing would fall over multiple times a day. I saw the ad for these magnets on TV and was hoping this would be a way to hang our dog gate without drilling into the railing posts. The magnets helped make our gate look custom-made. Beyond happy these magnets did the trick. Very easy to install.
