Nice Lock
I bought this for a small storage locker and it's the perfect size. I didn't know if it would be too small, or flimsy. This is a nice solid lock. It's bigger than I thought and quite sturdy. I would definitely purchase another.

Solid Lock Recommended
Great light weight simple lock that will survive under any conditions. Highly recommended since nobody can break into this thing. The only weird thing is that you need the key to both lock and unlock this padlock.

Less secure than you think (Multiple true gates on 3 discs)
I bought it because DD locks are rare on the account that it is less likely to be picked. However, 3 of 7 discs have multiple true gates. That means, lots of key cutting can be used to open this lock. The tolerances are very loose. There are at best 4 cutting depths and within each cutting depth a lot of overlaps. Adding extra gates on 3 of the discs on top of loose tolerances really defeated the purpose of security. I personally think they are doing this to reduce cost so that they can re-use same discs for different key bitting. They look like "keyed-differently" while a lot of locks are actually "keyed-alike".I think it's fair to say - it's OK to use it for Gym locker as long as you don't store any valuables in side.
