I purchased this lid as a replacement for a different brand of steel tumbler that I had dropped and broke the lid....... This is absolutely THE BEST lid for your coffee tumbler!.... It is virtually spill proof, and probably would be on a tumbler from TACAMO!... it's not quite as tight on my tumbler as the original, but it's tight enough not to leak during use.I highly recommend this product!

received a YETI tumbler at a work conference. The lid that came with it had a large drinking hole with no slide/flip cover. My coffee wasn’t staying as hot as I thought it would with the YETI since everyone raves about them. With this lid , the coffee stays hot longer but 30 min in the car and it’s cold so not sure if it’s the tumbler or the lid. I’m sure it would keep things cold though no problem.

I can't rate the quality of the product because I ordered two tumblers and a box of replacement lids and the replacement lids were not in the box with the tumblers but the payment sure was taken from my bank account.

Initially, this lid was fine. I liked that it had a straw hole and then the flap to seal it. But the flip doesn’t have anywhere to connect to stay open so it just flips back and forth. The fit isn’t amazing, always leaving a little gap around the edge, but not leaking, so ok. But, and this is the splinter in your thumb that won’t com out— the rubber seal flips up every time you take the lid off, so you have to put it back in place EVERY SINGLE TIME. I’m buying something else because today, I finally had enough.

Bought this a few weeks ago and the front bit of the sliding closure just snapped off. Maybe a one-off defect maybe not, but the way the lid is constructed it's not like I could have bashed it and broken it. Liked it up until then.Just be careful- if you're filling it with hot liquid, keep the slide back for a minute so it can breathe. As the hot coffee/tea/toddy/whatever heats up the air it'll build pressure and pop the whole lid off otherwise.

It worked great at first. Today I put it on my cup, tested it for leaking and it promptly started leaking. The slide part is loose and when I turned my cup over completely that section of the top fell off. The sliding section has become very loose even though I don't use this cup too often.I'm really disappointed because it worked great when I first received it a couple month ago.

Great idea, but the top slider broke after two weeks. We also got the 30oz top and it is fine but the 20oz top split into pieces at the first opportunity.
