I ordered this product all the time I grind it up. One of my my dogs are Rescue… Has no teeth and it’s easy for him to eat and I mix it with some other things and my other little guy just gobbles it down all Stella and chewy products are outstanding, but they are expensive and there are options

My six lb Maltese Casper my boy,he’s 12 yrs. Old and has been eating freeze dried food for several yrs. now he was born with a heart murmur so l wanted the very best for him and since l’ve been ordering all his food from Amazon he’s doing great and l was happy to see this heart food topper to help with his other freeze dried food as his topper.Casper keeps at a healthy weight and he’s full of energy and very spoiled and happy.He lost his left front leg about three yrs ago but he doesn’t let that stop him,so l say thanks to “Stella&Chewys “ freeze dried heart food topper…Sincerely…Alce

I had purchased Dr. Marty’s freeze dried food and our dogs absolutely loved it. When I saw this Stella & Chewy heart health, I though it would be a good replacement (we have lost 2 dogs to heart problems). Upon opening the bag, I found it much more crumbled in the bag, but I thought it might just be different than the other brand. The dogs were less than impressed, and weren’t very interested in eating it. I tried several times (I was using as a topper), but they didn’t really like it. We have most of the bag leftover, as I was tired of trying to coax them into eating it. I am disappointed because I want them to have that extra heart support.

We got this to help our older dog gain some weight. He is a picky eater and a free feeder. It is high in L-carnitine, which helps dogs digest fats. Combined with our high fat food, our dog has finally been able to gain some extra weight. We mix a full bag in with a 21 lb bag of food. He tends to pick these pieces out first - so highly palatable. They are a bit on the large size, so we tend to break them up a bit.

I didn’t see a problem with the product itself but I quickly saw it was not going to last long. Certainly did not get through a 30 day period. I have an 80+lb Doberman and 3/4 of a cup went very fast!
