My dad has been taking these MacuHealth vitamins for a long time and they have helped him a lot with maintaining his eye health. The ingredients are high quality and the blend of lutein, zeaxanthin, and meso zeaxanthin gives real benefits for vision support. Vitamins are great. Not the vitamins my eye doctor said I really needed. I used them up and purchased the ones he told me I needed since I did not have macular degeneration

It is really hard to evaluate this since this is for eye care and preventative in nature. If macular degeneration does not occur, it is hard to say Macuhealth is why. I take this because my eye doctor strongly recommends this and she said this was an improvement over AREDS. I am satisfied with the product. The gels are easy to swallow. There is a mild sweet coating on the gels I suppose to make it tastier when swallowing. I give 5 stars because it was eye doctor recommended and evaluated as superior to AREDS. Also it is easy to take. Efficacy though is unclear since it is a long term thing with eye health.
