It does help but the straps are a bit uncomfortable

Help me with my posture because I have problems with my neck.

A little bit painful after a while, digs into armpits

Before I conclude that it's not very useful, I haven't contacted the makers yet to ask for advice but it's not a complicated thing, I put it in nd tightened the straps about as much as I could (there's still a lil more to go but didn't feel able to tighten it that much without making much more uncomfortable) but although it slightly corrects my posture it's not very comfortable even for the suggested wear time, I didn't get along with using it, may try again soon.

This provides good support however it may take some time to get used to... it becomes uncomfortable as the lower straps sit on the underside of the shoulder. It would have been better with maybe some magnetic fastening on the rear instead of adjustable pull straps.

Definitely relieves back pain, and it's so comfortable that you'd forget your wearing it! The only thing I didn't like about it is how it really only supports your upper back, but that's not so much the manufacturers fault as it is mine, for not looking for a full back brace.

A friend at the gym told me that my walking posture is dreadful, possibly because I am fitter than he is (though he’s right). I’d give the corrector five stars if I could wear it next to the skin , but the straps are not comfortable enough for that. Over a T-shirt they’re fine, and I was able to wear it for long periods right away. I do feel it nudges my shoulders into a better position than my normal slouch, so I’m pleased with the purchase.
