I was so excited to open the ghee! I had been looking for organic and A2 Grassfed. Unfortunately it had a strong rancid smell when I opened it and I was afraid to use. I had to throw it out.

The media could not be loaded. Taste great and exceptional value. Definitely tasted better than other brands. This is now on my shopping list permanently.

The idea and company behind the product is great. But it came in plastic and it seemed like the plastic leached in because it tasted as such. I was hoping this would be better because if the milk quality.

This organic grass-fed cow ghee is of high quality and delicious. I used it to pan fry a steak and it was great. It has a smooth and creamy consistency, and is able to withstand high heat without smoking up easily. It is also great for buttered popcorn recipes, imparting a rich, buttery taste.This comes in a BPA-free plastic jar, foil sealed under the lid. The ingredients are organic butter (cow's milk fat) only. No additives. It has a nice, yellow color and smells fresh. Certified organic and non-GMO. Product of New Zealand. Overall, I really like this ghee. Creamy and flavorful. Pretty pricey for a 8.4 oz. jar though.

This ghee is in a plastic container and is completely rancid. Smells super old. I’ve used ghee for over 10 years and this is the absolute worst smelling and tasting ghee I’ve ever tried. Sticking the brand I know.

I've had my homemade ghee in the past, but have never bought a jar of it. This ghee is what I expected after having my own experiences with making it, and the butter tastes and smells like a good quality.This ghee is great to grease pans, make sauces, or spread on toast. I find that it lacks the rich, buttery flavor of a certain irish butter, but I find that I need to use less of this ghee than butter to oil my cast iron pans for cooking. I also like that this has a higher smoke point, and I can get my pans hotter with this butter.My jar came perfectly intact and fully sealed, and the ghee did not have any separation. Let me first start off by saying this was my first time trying Ghee. I am a huge fan of butter so I was surprised when I didn’t like this. To be fair it could be that I just don’t like ghee in general but I honestly can’t imagine it’s supposed to taste like this.It came nicely and securely packed and arrived sealed and undamaged. I tried it on some fresh biscuits I had just taken out of the oven and instantly had to spit it out. My husband was nearby so I gave him a bite and he too spit it out. We both were in agreement that it just had an old musty smell and flavor. Like when you leave butter out on the counter uncovered for a very long time. I hope to try another ghee soon and will update my review after I do.
