Yonex ASTROX Nextage Badminton Racquet (Black/Green) - Prestrung

I recently purchased a Yonex ASTROX Nextage Badminton Racquet from Sunrise India via Amazon. The racket is prestrung and appears to be genuine, made in Taiwan. The build quality is excellent, and the delivery was super fast. I have been using the racket for a few hours now, and I am very impressed with it. It is lightweight and easy to control, but it also provides plenty of power. I have been able to hit some compelling shots with it, and I have also been able to control the shuttlecock very well. It is a little bit head-heavy, but compared to Z-Force II (which is more expensive and discontinued), it is not that dramatic. Therefore, it could be used for both singles and double games. I would definitely recommend this racket to anyone looking for a high-quality badminton racket. It is a great value for the price and will surely provide you with enjoyment.

Head heavy racket. Love the matte finish. Definitely you want to restring the racket with your preferred strings. The factory strings are fine though for a beginner. Comes with a full cover that is slightly padded.

I find that the weight of this racket is very similar to that of an astrox 77. Additionally you can definitely feel the new vdm material. Personally i dislike the feeling of this prototype racket as it feels somewhat hollow.

The Racket came new, my bag seems to be slightly used but its likely from being stored for so long a bit of scratches there and here but its a good buy 4 stars

Really liked the racket. But the head frame broke in 4 weeks. Really surprised by the quality, since it is suppose to be mid range racket from yonex.

The astrox nextage provides so much technology in a budget racket in todays value for badminton rackets. The astrox nextage is a wonderful beginners racket as it has a medium flex shaft to help with power and it has vdm, vibration dampening mesh that reduces the unwanted vibrations that can cause fatigue in your hands and wrist. Just like an astrox it has the rotational generator system that makes the racket feel even balanced rather than head heavy.

As a beginner player, I wanted to try out this new racket from Yonex. It does feel high quality and the item was as described. During playing, it felt pretty heavy compared to my other Yonex rackets. I probably need to get used to it. I would recommend this racket if you are an intermediate player and not beginner.

I already have an astrox 100zz so i was sceptical at first about this racket but it turns out to be more suited for my playing style..it also gives a different feel and sound when hitting the shuttlecock maybe because of the VDM material used in the frame..overall, this is a bargain for anyone looking for a good performance racket on a budget..

Those who are looking to buy this, this is the south east asian. No difference in performance btw and its original. I had the local badminton shop compares it with theirs as well. Bought it from Nima International

Bought for my son as a Christmas gift. He plays high level badminton 4x a week and switches this racquet in with two others depending on feel. He is extremely respectful of the sport and his racquets. This frame snapped after 2 months of use. Very disappointing experience as no way to contact seller to explore if there is any warranty on the item. Expensive mistake 👎🏻
