Good product. Using my 3rd one. Lasts 6 months. But does what it says. I have 8 cups of tea a day. So we'll stress tested.

I ordered a small size 750ml square for the office and it arrived perfectly in a box.I liked it so much that I wanted a bigger one for my home so ordered another one which was 950ml.Item arrived smashed in bubble wrap and postage bag and had no box at all! Who decided to send a glass kettle without a box?? It is so dangerous as it was smashed into tiny pieces.Contacted Amazon and they refunded me and I will order again as I really like the t pot and hopefully they decide to use a box this time!!

The infuser came damaged. Had to return didnt get a chance to use it.

It is true to its claim that can withstand the heat. I put it in the induction cooktop with less heat and it boiled the water. Its stainless too. I just hope the strainer would be a little longer.
