Purchased for a family member as a gift while on sale, I have own the m8 pro which works great! however this piece of junk was nothing but trouble from the start. Its main issues are 1. Maps keep getting lost/deleted this has happened 10+ times in the year my family member has had it 2. The dust bags are impossible to find in the UK, we even contacted the manufacturer directly and they still sent us the wrong size dust bags, for some reason they changed the size between this and the m8 pro 3. It has a motor issue on the main brush, when it comes across a carpet it makes a whining sound and then brushes stop turning it seems the motor is not strong enough and has a fault. Support has been terrible and near impossible to get it was returned to us by the family member and I only keep it as spare parts for our other robot vac

The media could not be loaded. It’s so clever, it goes around the house mapping out exact rooms and walls (things it could bump into) first- then on your app it shows the layout of your house. It’s brilliant! I turn it on and it cleans my house while I’m working do saves me a job, it’s super quiet too and so easy to use- fab performance and you can also set your own schedule so it automatically cleans at a certain time

The map function is terrible, constantly overwriting the maps at angles so the map becomes unreadable. Gets “stuck” in open areas constantly. The maps are uneditable where mistakes are made. It completely ignores “no go” area and goes wherever it wants. It doesn’t clean in a logical order but rives randomly around. I strongly recommend getting something else, this is not worth the constant headache.

Looks good works poorly keeps going around in circles then sets of stops again and gos in circles again and also keeps getting stuck used 6 times every time got stuck apart from that did hoover up quite well after getting rescued every time and aways in different places sent this back and replaced with a ECOVACS Deebot n10 plus 100% better

So my scenario is to use it downstairs to mop the kitchen, vacuum the lounge, dining room and hall. The fly in the ointment is that this robot vacuum refuses to traverse carpet if the mop is installed. Thwarted!On the bright side, it's super smart at returning to the base but dumb as a box of frogs when actually cleaning a room. It will clean it, but forget any dreams of neat lines like a freshly plowed field.BTW, I also bought the more expensive big brother version (M9) because the promo (CGI) vid showed it driving across a hard floor then miraculously retracting the rotating mop heads before continuing it's journey over carpet. Absolute lies! There is NO retraction mechanism and to top it off, it will not mop my kitchen!

It's quiet and for the most part cleans incredibly well. It does exactly what it says it will (90% of the time), but it does have a few hiccups now and again.For the minuses, the dust bags are impossible to get from Proscenic. I've tried others from Amazon & ebay with varying results. It doesn't always empty even when set to do so, but you can do that manually. The water tank could be bigger. If you use it often it will need regular top ups.

Bought as a replacement for my older Proscenic M8 PRO which I loved.Sadly I returned this X1, it violently bashed into furniture and it was inevitable either it would damage itself or the furniture.It also would spin in circles for ages, as other reviewers mentioned.Returned for a refund as my furniture just wasn't going to survive.Hopefully the M8 PRO or a M9 PRO will become available again. But this model is a massive step backwards, best avoided...

Much worse than my previous one. Can't cope with the smallest difference in height. Only 1 brush so just moves mess about. Mop doesn't work. Would return for refund buy cannot as box thrown away.
