I've tried several cordless water flossers and haven't been happy. The last one was too powerful even on the low setting and would cut my gums. This Hangsun flosser has three settings. I used the lowest and it removed all tiny pieces of food even after brushing with my Philips Sonicare. It's comfortable to hold while using it and not messy. The charge will last through 30 one minute flossings. Your mouth will feel so clean. I wouldn't travel with this since its so huge though. Easy to fill and empty. Quick charging too. Best cordless water flosser I've ever used. My husbands thoughts are Flossing has always been a bit of a challenge for me - not remembering to do it, but reaching hard spots. This water flosser makes it simple and somewhat fun to floss all the hard to reach areas. Combined with an electric toothbrush, you're good. It does a very good job cleaning. Be sure to be gentle at first: start it on your tongue or on a molar as the initial pressure may cause your gums to bleed if you have been remiss in flossing for a while. That's gum disease, just keep at it *gently* and it will go away. The rechargeable battery lasts a long time and it warns you when it is getting low. Don’t forget to register your warranty! It’s valid for 2 years.

Great value and performance. Works very well, although it took a few goes to get comfortable using it, it gives a great clean, better than I can floss, l and is solidly made, with a good set of extra nozzles. It's also much easier for me than manual flossing, and stays charged for ages. I look forward to using this every day and my dentist is impressed too! Takes less than 90 seconds to do the whole mouth. Tip: Using lukewarm water to fill it makes the experience much more pleasant than cold water...

I’d love to give this water flosser 5 stars at is almost perfect. What’s good: looks, the battery strength, the power of flow, the quality of the plastics, the charging port cover, not too noisy, the price!! What’s not so good: the angle of the heads is not quite enough - compared to the leading brand, the periodontal pocket head is so soft it’s difficult to feel to guide it to the right place, the tip of the standard head is a bit weird and will take a while to get used to, accidentally turning it on when handling, tricky to get the tube to go to the right place to stay in the water. I have had three battery powered Waterpik units. The first I sent back due to poor battery performance. The other two have done better, but the batteries are terrible. I thought I’d try this as the price was around the same as two packs of waterpik heads! It cleans very well, but it’s worth consider the less desirable factors. I have a plug in Waterpik too, which is amazing and this unit is pretty much as powerful! I can’t comment on the longevity, but after nearly a week of use it’s still going. The Waterpiks loose power after a few uses!

Cleans very well. I’ve been using it for bout a year now. I’m always on sensitive mode and it’s very strong Battery lasts very long too. Longer than what it’s advertising. I’ve only charged it less than 5 times in total in a year. I use it every 3-4 days as i tend to bleed after using them. But they cleans really well

First of all this is an excellent product in terms of oral hygiene. I did have an issue with it and recalled a couple of negative reviews which I had ignored. However I had registered the product and noted the 2 year hassle-free warranty. Was this genuine? I was asked about what went wrong - motor was intermittent- and to send a photograph of the device. Customer services sent a replacement now with a 3 year warranty. The device has been upgraded. Clearly they have taken onboard customer feedback. There are now 4 cleaning modes which includes a custom one which allow you to vary the water pressure. Some of the reviewers had mentioned how powerful the water jet is and how it can take some time getting used to. The custom mode solves this problem. The charging point on the device has been upgraded too. Overall I would say that this product is very good value for money and very effective in terms of water flossing. If there is an issue - let’s face it - nothing in life reaches absolute perfection- there’s a 3 year warranty and 5*+ customer service. The customer service team were very helpful, personable and efficient. Communication was excellent. Customer satisfaction is clearly a priority and I would highly recommend the product without hesitation.

Item was given as a Xmas gift and has already stopped working so we need a replacement or refund as it is either faulty or poor quality. When it worked, it was a good product, easy to use and effective for dental flossing so it’s a shame it now won’t turn on. Seller has contacted me and offered a replacement or full refund (I opted for a refund) so at least the after sales care is good. I actually bought 2 of these as gifts so hopefully the other one lasts much longer and this is a one-off issue.

Works well and easy to operate. It has 3 different modes for comfort level and comes with multiple replaceable heads. The water tank holds a good amount of water with two areas to fill. Makes it very easy to fill. A great addition to my nightly hygiene routine.
