Wet or dry apply? I applied on dry and done nothing for frizz and made look greasy... I did a pea size.

Hello I have always applied to my hair after I've washed it and this seems to work for me. I have never used it on dry hair. It doesn't always stop all the frizz because of the moisture in the air, but it does help it. After my hair is dried I apply a smoothing serum which helps it too.
