With a product like this you would have to take it over a longer period of time to allow the nutrients to build that support for the body. The overall dosages seem small so that's something to consider as to whether taking other higher probiotic dose options along with cranberry and other B vitamins could provide more with better value.I do question whether the bulking agent is needed and this is something I think should be improved on.

I didn’t go in search of these as I don’t particularly have a need for them however I have taken probiotics for gut health and found it definitely improved so taking them for other areas I normally ignored I thought would be a good idea. In honesty I’ve not noticed anything change particularly but there wasn't any particular need to. I would say (perhaps placebo?) that that region feels more soothed and therefore my whole body feels more balanced and stable even throughout my period. It’s very subtle but on reflection that’s what I’ve noticed. So if they’re good for someone without a major need then I believe they will be good for women who do have a need.The price is a bit high for one month supply however probiotics are always a slightly costlier supplement than the average vitamin, but I have always found them to be very beneficial for gut health as it’s something the body can’t always balance on its own just by eating your 5 a day.
