used these years ago.. was given by TCM acupuncturist. thought id try again for multiple arm pains, tendonopathy and few sore shoulder points. They worked really well at calming pain for a while, for a few days at a time.. but my issues are deeper, but i liked them and will used often as needed. i found centre of pain in joint or on tissue, cleans skin oils off with alcohol wipe and place it over point i have found, i didnt dry the alcohol and it fixed nicely on. occasionally i would give them a gentle push if they are over a pressure point to activate the point, but this is not needed really. I may buy some in for my clinic.

I've been suffering with muscle tension in my lower back so thought I'd try these magnets. I wasn't sure if they'd make much difference, but my back feels significantly better after just 2 days of wearing them. They're v easy to apply & I can't feel the magnets. I thought they may dig in or be uncomfortable when i lean back in a chair or lie in bed, but they aren't. I'd highly recommend them. The reason for not giving 5 stars is that the sticky plaster doesn't stick as brilliantly as I'd like. This could be because of where I position them - on my lower back just below my waistband. I might just use an extra but of elastoplast to keep them on.

These work. Try them. Work when all else fails. We keep a store of these for the next time. Which will come. Well worth a Go when you are at your wits •end. Thanks

I found they kept on my chest okay, but found my knees and shoulders they didn't last a night's sleep and were on my bed.

I only received 10 magnets. Not 30. Now I have the hassle of returning them

Work great easy to use

Not sure if the magnets worked or not, but the plasters gave me an awful itchy blistering rash.

the product is of great quality. Bought it for my Mom, magnetic therapy helps with her arthritis pain in her back and neck. the magnets are of really good quality, the adhesive tapes are also good quality (unlike some others), they do stay on for about 3 days even after bathing. They are very comfortable, and you get the extra tapes you can use as well as the cotton pads to clean the area and the magnetic holder. She says the magnets improve the circulation and do give some relief of pain. I'm glad I bought this product.

Patch does not stick for long

I bought these magnetic patches to help with recovery from carpal tunnel surgery and they were very helpful. You have to be prepared to use your own tape to secure the patch as they don’t stick very well on their own.
