Tower Health Salitair Plus Additional Salt Therapy Inhaler for Breathing Difficulties, one Bottle

This product has worked really well for me. I have asthma , constant chest and breathing problems and chronic sinus. I felt some benefit after only 24hours. I've been using it for a week now and I can feel the difference already. I am so very, very pleased with it. I followed the instructions to the letter. Breathing normally and NOT taking deep breaths, as I am aware this could cause problems like a very strong taste of salt, headaches or soreness. I haveused the inhaler 20 minutes every morning and again in the evening and I imagine this will need to become a permanent habit. This has been a life changer for me, I can breathe better, sleep better and have already ditched the steroid nasal drops and reduced both my inhalers. It certainly has been money very well spent.

I have been using the Saltair salt inhaler for nearly 1 month. I am already noticing a difference. In the past, whenever I have had a cold it has gone straight to my chest, causing me problems at night, having to sleep in a chair to stop coughing. Since using the inhaler my head seems to be clearer. I developed a very heavy cold about 3 weeks ago and although I have been coughing it hasn't been a chesty cough that I have always suffered with. I feel that the inhaler is making a difference and will continue using it.I'm not young, 72 years old, and have always suffered with my chest since I was a teenager. I have had x-rays and various tests but nothing has ever helped. I am now keeping my fingers crossed that the Saltair inhaler will be the solution I have been looking for.It is very easy to use, just breath in through the pipe and out through the nose for about twenty minutes a day. I normally use the inhaler while I am reading a newspaper or a book.

I have never before reviewed a product I have purchased, but Salitair has amazed me. I had suffered for weeks from extremely persistent bouts of chesty coughing, one particular episode lasting an hour none-stop and others resulting in me coughing so much I was wreching. I decided to look around for some sort of inhaler similar to asthma inhalers which were available without prescription. I ordered Salitair to be delivered the next day as I had become desperate for some relief. I starting using it and found immediately my breathing and coughing had improved and felt my chest less tight. After 3 days the improvement was immense, I could breath normally and the cough had almost gone. The results I had may not be the same for everyone, but personally I would recommend this product 100%.

After coming off steroids for asthma fortunately I only have very mild asthma just some coughing in the morning. I find inhaling with the Saltair for a few minutes relaxes my airways and stops the cough so very happy. I would however like to add that when I got a viral cough and my asthma worsened, the Saltair inhaler didn't really help at all. Therefore for more severe asthma not sure how much relief you would get. For a drug free alternative, its definitely worth a try.

i am very pleased with my purchase and super fast secure delivery...i've been using the salitair inhaler for a week now,my sinuses are clear,within the first few days i was coughing up phlegm that was white,this passed within a few days leaving the experience of clear breathing..i am asthmatic,and am aware that we should help ourselves well by doing breathing practice and in this respect i find that the salitair contributes to focussing on this as when in use it i breathe in long and deep and exhale same until theres a good rythm established...i have abnormal breathing patterns that are very shallow which alternate with hyperventilating which lead often to altered states of conciousness which can be a hindrance in the interactive world of the mundane...like at the supermarket for instance...my label is bi polar which i think is a misnomer directly linked to the way we breathe...i'm glad to share my insights with you as regards this little convenient salitair inhaler that can help as part of a prescribed daily routine breathing awareness regime..i thank you whole heartedly and am definately reccomending this product to friends who have mental health issues combined with breathing conditions [ which are intrinsicaly linked]..all the best and thank you once again.peacex

I assumed wrongly that this came with pink Himalayan salt but it doesn't. That's ok though as I have used my own salt, I can't comment on the salt included as I haven't tried it, I will update when I do but the actuall unit is wonderfully easy to use. It's light weight, easy to hold and breathing through it is a doddle. It's easy to clean and fill with salt and has a cover to keep the mouth area clean. I looked at a few in the shops but they were quite bulky so I'm really pleased with this one.

Product was well made of good quality, but I found it did not help problem. I would recomend It just wasn't right for me

To be honest I was very sceptical at ordering this item but had great hopes on the benefits advertised. There is a distinct taste of salt during deep inhalation ( I always understood salt was bad for you) and on the negative side if I inhaled for more than 15 minutes my eyes began to sting. I felt no noticeable benefit after four weeks. On the positive side if you have faith in alternative therapies there may be some psychological benefit. I am not saying dont buy it.....I will continue till the salt dries up.
