The lighting is perfect for my needs doing small scale self-portraits. The system is easy for me to set up and take down by myself. The setup is light which makes it incredibly portable.The tripods are nice and sturdy, and I don't have any issues with the lights falling over or wobbling. The lights can be used in all sorts of scenarios and performs well while doing so.Love this light setup!

I bought these gently used for only $29, and I couldn't even tell the difference!They came with all the light filters, and not a single scratch on anything.For only $10 a light, they are incredibly powerful, and a great way to light a set!

My husband purchased these to help with photographing items for reselling. They do the job that he purchased them for. I am not a professional photographer, so I cannot compare them to others from a professional photographer's perspective.Something to note that we didn't realize until we received them... they do NOT include a USB power brick, which is needed for them to work. We just happened to have one that we could plug all three in to.Pros:From an amateur's perspective, they do put off adequate light when using with a white background to get decent photos even at night with minimum room lighting.They were quick and easy to assemble.Their height is easily adjustable.They are very lightweight... which is a pro in some instances, but can also be a con... depending on the individual's needs.Cons:I deducted a star because their light weight makes them feel a bit cheap.... and not the quality to justify the cost. However I have not researched to compare this product and its price to similar offerings.I am only using these inside our home, so I do not know if they travel well (taking down and putting back up for usage). I would be concerned that they would not hold up long term with that much adjusting or handling. I have had them less than a month, so I am not certain how long they will hold up long term.I do believe, as other reviewers mentioned, a strong breeze could easily knock all three down. If you bump them lightly, you have to reposition them each time. These are not deal breakers for me since I am in a closed controlled environment.I did find it frustrating that they did not include the necessary USB power brick for the price paid.

They work great for lighting any scene, and I almost always have one on as a lamp. The only downside is that they only get about 4 feet high so you'll often need a desk or chair to put them on
