Lotta From Stockholm Swedish Clogs : Low Heel Peep Toe Clogs in Tan Leather

FAST shipping! 5 days including the weekend. They are really cute & made of high quality materials! I thought I got a half size too small but when I tightened the ankle strap they slid my heel into a better place and now they fit like a glove (I got a size 40 & wear a true size 10). Definitely check the size guide for each shoe on their website. The width is amazing, I ordered another pair of clogs and they were so narrow (I have wide enough feet to not fit half of standard medium length shoes but my heel slips if I buy a wide width except for sneakers). Now, taking away one star because construction... I know these are handmade but so many little things off for the price point of these. Two woods were use for the shoes so one is slightly pinker in color than the other which is annoying, both rubber heels are misaligned (one is too small and one hangs past the wood of the clog heel),and pencil marks on the wood. Not enough to make me dock it past 4 stars but enough to make me wonder if the cuteness is worth questionable attention to detail since handmade usually means slight differences not messy... when I ordered these I told myself I'd buy a second pair next month because I couldn't pick between the cute styles but now if I knew another brand with the same width I might try another brand. BUT they are very cute, quality materials, and I wore them around the house (not outside yet) and they required no breaking in time at ALL they felt good on my feet and I'm excited to try them out in the world.

I did not read the other reviews prior to purchasing this sandal, I only referred to the size chart on the Lotta from Stockholm website which instructed me to get a size 40. I typically wear a 9 in most shoes but can vary as widely as an 8.5 or a 10 depending on the shoe. Needless to say, the 40 was too big. The clog itself was really nice: good leather, cute style, solid wood base, high quality rubber on the bottom. When I looked up the return protocol, Amazon originally listed that the item was non-returnable because it was part of the "Amazon Marketplace" and not Amazon proper. I contacted both Amazon Customer Service AND the Lotta from Stockholm Customer Service from their website because I wanted to know if had any options for exchange. I heard from the LfS customer service department 1st and they have been INCREDIBLY helpful, prompt in responses and even asked to see the language Amazon provided about returns/exchanges since that obviously needed to change. Amazon Customer Service later put me in touch with LfS for the exchange. LfS provided an address for a return center in NY so I did not have to spend additional $$ to get the shoes back to Europe. They processed my return immediately, my replacement clogs (even accommodating a last minute style/color change) in my new size are on the way! Cannot recommend Lotta from Stockholm enough!

I am consistently a 39/8.5 in clogs, clog sandals, and clog boots. I have a higher heeled clog from this company in a 39, so I ordered these in a 39 as well. So of course I was disappointed when I got them and they were just a little bit too big; the sort of "too big" that could be livable, but I knew that, ultimately, I wouldn't be happy. I prefer a tighter fitting sandal that doesn't float around my foot, especially if it is a peep toe version. I contacted Lotta From Stockholm regarding the sizing and the need for an exchange. They confirmed that this particular style had a more generous fit. They were AMAZINGLY helpful with the return process. I did have to pay the return shipping to the U.K. (which ran me about $26), but they paid the shipping for the exchange item. They even had suggestions for postage options. I got frequent emails throughout the process and received my new sandals, in a 38, in practically no time.My advice for anyone buying these for the first time would be to email Lotta about their sizing as it can change slightly between styles. These sandals are worth the wait!

These are beautiful shoes, lovely leather and so fun! However I have wide feet with bunions so they just aren't made for my shape of foot. I hoped, I tried, but alas no. Their website is perfect for finding the right European size as their styles differ in recommended sizing. I wear an 8.5 wide US and ordered the 38 for low heel clog style and the length was perfect. It is just that my feet hung over each side of the wooden platform sole. I contacted customer service to see if any other style might work for me and they are very attentive and helpful. The shipping was incredibly fast- under a week for overseas and way before their estimated arrival time! I did have to pay for return shipping.

Just received my clogs from Lotta. First off, the shipping was super fast! I ordered the shoes on a Monday and received them on Friday of the same week. For the sizing, I used the guidelines listed on the Lotta site to measure my feet. I almost always wear a size 8 in US sizes. Based on the measurements, the guide recommended a EUR 38 (US 7.5). The shoes fit like a glove! The leather is super soft and the shoes are comfy. Can't wait to wear them in the summer!

I suspected that these might turn out to be my favorite shoes, and they exceeded even my expectations! These are the perfect sandal, they give a little bit of lift, but are still comfortable enough to wear all day. I have barely taken these off since I got them, and I get compliments on them constantly. I seriously can not say enough good things about this shoe and the company. I had a really small issue with the buckle and they wrote me back promptly. Jonny called me directly and we had the matter solved in seconds, as well as a nice chat. They have made me a customer for life, I am so impressed and have already purchased the red mary jane clogs as well. Highly recommend this shoe and this company.

Even doing the measurements as they suggest and going a size down was not enough. These are still a little too big. I can't believe that a wearer of 8.5 in US shows would really needs to order a 6.5 (37) in these shoes! Still, they're close enough, comfortable, and nicely made. They are my second pair of Lottas. Unlike the dreaded Hasbeens, these are wearable the day you receive them, instead of requiring weeks of stretching and pain.

From day 1 these shoes have been really comfortable. I like that they have a little heel but I can use them to go to the park with my kids or walk for a long time without any problems. I would definitely recommend them. True to size.

I love these clogs. Really well made and comfortable. I’m usually between a 5 or a 6 so was a bit unsure of the sizing, I went with a 6 and they fit fine. A little loose so we’ll see if they become too loose with a bit of wear but would rather that then too small. Very happy with my order.
