If you want to carry it in a suitcase how do you deflate it?

It's a blow up ball so you just have you pull the plug and deflate it

I've just started Pilates and we use semi inflated balls - is the same?

I believe it is. We did yoga, Pilates and chi with it. It's very good. Not to small not to big. Just right size. And it helps.

Perhaps a silly question but how do you use it? It looks smaller than normal gym balls, is it to support the lower back in seated exercises?
