GUDA DRUM Freezbee Flower of Life with Rope Decoration and Perfect Travel Bag

This hand drum is a beautifully decorated instrument and a piece of art. The drum came with a bag that is well designed and cushioned to protect the drum in transit. It's a great size and light so you can take it with you to all kinds of places. You can make the same melodic sounds inside or outside and it's actually a wonderful complement outdoors.It took a few days to figure out the best way to make the right sounds with the hands without it sounding tinny, though I will say I enjoy a more full sound with a mallet. I've experimented with rubber, foam and felt, and the latter is my favorite when it comes to the quality of the sound. Both hands and mallets offer different options to style of music played. The sound is rich and full.Honestly, if you like art or music or like to create inspiring meditative melodies, seriously consider this drum. It's fantastic and very versatile. Great buy!!

The media could not be loaded. Despite impatiently waiting for the GUDA drum to arrive from Ukraine, the wait was totally worth it. The craftsmanship is top notch. I haven't played any percussion instruments in about 18 years, so it took a few sessions to get back into the groove but even if I was a complete beginner, this would be easy to play.I thought it came with mallets based on one of the answered questions but it did not, so I went to the local music store and found some. I'm glad I did because it does produce a much louder sound with mallets, and I find it easier to play with the mallets than with my hands.I do think it's important for the seller to mention that these are shipped from Ukraine and that they do not come with mallets, just so people are aware. It's worth the wait though :) The seller is also very responsive, so that was nice. Thank you for the beautiful drum!

The sounds were nice at first. Then they are not as clear. The item was way over priced and beginning only valued at $290.00 which means you are paiding over $150 in shipping fees. And if you try and return you lose the shipping. Sorry I bothered with the whole thing, very disappointed.

Such a beautiful drum. I started playing it as soon as I opened the package. Well packaged and was in excellent condition. I have one hand drum from another company. The Guda drum has such a clearer tone and gives a strong resonant sound. The design is so beautiful. It has a carrying bag with it. The front pocket is even roomy enough for my kalimba to fit in. I hope to buy another Guda drum next year. Shalom.

The media could not be loaded. I ADORE this drum!!! I bought it after noticing all of the 5 star reviews and a particular review that mentioned being able to play this drum with zero experience. They were SPOT ON!! I’m addicted to it’s sound. I have never played any kind of drum/xylophone instrument before if that helps!Also for those who never received mallots I’m really sorry, but it seems as though they’ve heard their customers concerns and have started adding a pair of mallots, yahoo!! Because as a hand drum I can’t really get much sound going, but with the mallots...well, the sound is pure magic ✨ I showed it off to my 77 year old MIL and her draw to its sound was also palpable, she begged to play it.This drum is a bit pricey, the mallots are not fancy by any means but get the job done (and I’m thankful for them), but if I left you with one prince of info it would be that there is some special kind of magic going on with this thing, and you won’t regret buying it!

Beautiful and very well made. Gave as a Xmas gift and my son and grandson love it and play it often.Gorgeous sound!
