I was looking for a heavy duty restaurant quality french fry cutter that had the power to cut sweet potatoes. This french fry cutter has no problem cutting sweet potatoes. It can easily cut even large sweet potatoes but if the sweet potato is large I cut it in half just to make sure I don't over tax the cutter. I also like the cover that has a safety switch so it cannot be operated unless the cover is closed. I have a large kitchen with a lot of counter space so it's not a problem for me but the machine is slightly large and slightly heavy so I prefer to leave it on the counter without moving it around. With three different coffee machines, orange juicer, meat slicer, deep fryer and this french fry cutter I'm starting to run out of room.

I absolutely love this. I love french fries, this machine made the process much much easier. All I do is peel the potatoes and place them into the slot and this wonderful masterpiece cuts them to the size I want(of course you have to select and place the size you want before placing the potato or any vegetable of your choice) - It works amazingly and the quality is great.

Forget buying those cheapy-choppy plastic things that you’ll only use once because the metal bends. If you like home made sweet potato fries and anything that is no fun cutting by hand and too hard for The plastic version - buy this! It’s fantastic ! Worth every penny.

This Flyseago Electric French Fry Cutter is absolutely great. We tried couple of other machines with no luck, one broke after two weeks and the other one was useless from day one. This machine is solid as a rock, heavy, all stainless steel and very easy to use and clean. I am very pleased with the performance and the safety features.

Love it! I can do beets, sweet potatoes.....a real power horse! 7 apples in less than 4 minutes!!!!

It works very fast, smooth and you won’t even hear the motor sound. It just has a quiet moving and cutting noise. I used it for turnips and it worked very well and it cut very easily even though the turnips are harder to cut than potatoes and carrots.
