I received this as a gift from a friend, as I personally wouldn't had bought this. But trust me when I say I was pleasantly surprised. It feels great on the skin with varying intensity levels. The size is optimal for covering all the areas of the face.I can't comment on the long term life, as I am yet to use it for a longer time, but judging from the build quality, this will last pretty much longer than expected.

This product is great. Removed dirt from my skin. And reduces acne and pimples. It's very gentle for skin and really soft.

First one didn’t work, so I ordered replacement, see the photo attached of replacement order, it’s sticky, broken case and missing charger cover which makes it water proof. Maybe they sent used product which someone already used? First time I thought maybe a coincidence, 2nd time made me sure that it’s not coincidence.I work late night shift so can’t wake up everyday to replace these defective products, don’t buy this.

Quality is good. Value for money spent. It is not too hard on skin. Especially the speed levels on the device. It is portable and easy to cary in your vanity.
