Not for a woman's foot.
The straps don't get tight enough to stay on my shoes. I was very frustrated with this product. I don't recommend.

Great aerator and a good workout!
ZONDER Lawn Aerator Shoes with Cam Buckle and Straps is a great way to help your lawn get nutrients while also doing a little leg workout!My size 11 (US Mens) is a perfect size when comparing it to the length of the sole platform. It might be a little more challenging if you have significantly smaller feet, but would still be worth the investment. I also recommend making sure the straps are tight, and soil is somewhat soft. Go slowly, and don't wear them off-grass.I highly recommend!

Not worth the money.
When they were brand new, they worked amazingly. After two uses, the prongs broke. The plastic is cheap. Do not recommend for southern lawns.
