I took this on my flight from the U.S. to England and I am SOOO happy I had this for the flight!First of all, the softness of the exterior is so luxurious. It feels very nice on your neck and cheeks. It has a very ample fill that keeps my head upright with no problem. One nice feature on this product that not all similar products have is the fastener system in the front (in this case a simple snap enclosure). On products that don't have this, your chin has a tendency to dip down and rest on your chin while the pillow at that point does basically nothing. With the snap, it keeps your chin up and resting on the plush fabric so you can catch your zzzzzzzz's, rather than doing a bunch of head bobbing as you waffle between sleeping and not sleeping.

When I first received this pillow, it had a bad chemical smell. I was going to return it but I noticed that it dissipated a bit after a few days so I sprayed it with Fabreeze every day for a week. The smell is gone. I use these types of pillows every night and this one was good for a while, but no longer supports my head well. I suppose the micro beads have compacted or the fabric has stretched a bit. Either way, if this were a cotton pillow, I would add more stuffing. This pillow has no zipper to allow for that (which is probably a good thing because those beads get into everything!). I think I will just continue to replace the stuffing in my cotton filled pillow for now...

This is the most comfortable travel pillow I have ever owned (I've had 5). The microbeads are very comfortable, as is the plush side that goes against your face. The snap that hold the 2 sides together is a great addition. I honestly didn't buy this pillow for travel, since I already have some, I bought it to help keep me comfortable about sinus surgery. It has done just that and now I think it will also be my go-to travel pillow.

looked for a long time to find one that would work well and not break the bank, this fits the bill. im sure there are nicer ones out there but this is comfortable (used on a 12+ flight) and crucial to save a neck (especially for us tall guys). these sell for 2-3x in the airport so do yourself a favor and buy it here! once I got home my wife stole it for watching tv in the bed...ill prob never get it back now.

i buy these often and love them. Just wish the firmness lasted a little longer than a month or so.Update: the quality of these have deteriorated. They are packaged with a cardboard band around the center which compresses the beads long before you get them. Thus, these days, you are lucky to get a weeks worth of use before the beads all push to the ends, leaving no support in the middle aka where you neck needs it.Because of this, the pillows are now just a waste of money.

i have used these for over five years. they do break down but the price is right and can easily be replaced. i have headaches and sleeping with this pillow has reduced the number . i love them and have given as gifts to friends with headaches. try it .

I have a long neck and am NEVER comfortable on flights & trips. This pillow is as close to perfect as I've found, other than a $40 super-thick memory foam neck pillow by Cabeau. My son keeps stealing this; it really conforms and LOVE the little snap to keep it on. I can turn it around and use it for my toddler while he's sleeping in the car seat, and his head doesn't flop all around.

This pillow is a great travel pillow for me- helps me sleep in planes, buses, etc. It's large and comfy, and I like the feel of it. I didn't have any problems with smell or packaging- overall, a great purchase (I lost one and bought another one to replace it).
