Good looking but terrible board
As far as looks go, this motherboard is stunning. It has lots of PCIe slots and 3 M.2 sockets on the board itself, unlike Asus' hacky "dimm.2" solution, and the number of sensors available using HWiNFO64 is insane! And that's where the good points end.The TR4 socket suffers from the known Foxconn issue that you have to put ludicrous amounts of force to get the first screw to engage. Why, on such a premium board, is the IO shield your normal cheap tat and not built in?The only audio line out is the same port that has the headphone amplifier feature, so I have had to plug my headphones into the "Speakers" output, and my speakers into the "Headphones" output. It appears you can't even change the names. The bios it shipped with had no support for virtualisation, and the latest bios has it hidden about 3 submenus deep. Of all the bioses I've used dating back to 286s and earlier, this is the worst, most badly laid out, confusing unintelligible mess. The software is atrocious. When it's not crashing, causing bluescreens or ignoring user input, it will sit there consuming 100% cpu. This includes the autostarting app installer/launcher rubbish, which actually installs older versions of software than are available from Gigabyte's website! This is 7 months after release. The latest BIOS is 5 months old and none of the utility software has seen an update in 5-7 months - Gigabyte have evidently just abandoned this board.

Standard Intel WiFi Driver = BSOD
Nice board, but be prepared to for some BSOD until you manage to nerf and upgrade the onboard wifi chipset.
