Q: Can this be removed easily?

Definitely not - I tried removing the words and it took the paint with it and left some residue behind as well

Q: Can this be stick to semi smooth walls like (orange peel texture wall)?

I don't have orange peel texture, I have that knockdown texture. I stuck them up and realized I had to come back and press again the next day cause it appeared to be lifting. So, before I peeled the protective film off of the front of the pieces, I took a hair dryer to each piece, heated it up, rubbed them good onto the wall, peeled the protective film off and they haven't budged for 3 years now. I had a toddler attempt to peel one off the wall a month ago; it cracked in half, but didn't come off the wall. Luckily, they give you so many extras! I took a hair dryer to it again, heated it up, peeled it off with no issues and put a new one up.

Q: Does it come with ready to stick or do you buy the glue ?

it comes with an adhesive backer that you have to put on each one then stick to the wall, it's very pretty once you get it put up but it took me a little over three hours total to do it.

Q: Can you please tell me how big the Xlarge one is?

I would love to tell you the answer to that, unfortunately I am still waiting on my DIY Tree. Shipping from China, no updates since Dec 4th, it should arrive by Jan 17 according to Amazon.
