Fixing Tool doesn't work
I bought 10 of these for my art class to use on their clay but looks like I made a mistake!The letters don't fit into the fixing tool, the space is much too narrow. I could insert them up to 1cm each side and they don't go further, even with the help of a tool to slide them in. I almost couldn't remove them from the tool. They aren't in alphabetical order so I have to spend a chunk of time organising each letter and the kids will have to use each letter one by one, instead of inserting them to print out names. The quality of the plastic is thick so it's ok in that way.

Hard to assemble
These letters are a complete bitch to get off the frame they come attached to. It’s impossible to trim the excess plastic and sliding them onto the rack to use them requires the strength of Superman. Not recommended.

impossible to insert the letters to the holder
The alphabet letters are ok. The holder gap is way too tight to insert any letters in. I tried to stretch the holder but it is just not possible to do so.
