Been using this for months now worth the money!! Use the ice in my work cooler everyday and drinks ect. It keeps up with it all best of all we don't have to buy ice at 6.11 every few days would recommend to anyone also was super easy to install great product

I had the contractor install the equipment just over a month after purchase. When we tried to use it, it did not work. By this time, my return window had expired. I contacted the seller and they were unwilling to help. The Ice Maker was never used. The packaging did not include an instruction manual and I could not find one online. They refused to send upon several requests. Im stuck with a new, non-working item with no way to troubleshoot the problem.

i did like the features, however it appears as though the item description isn't quite as clear as it should be. it claims to "recycle" the water, a deciding factor in my purchase choice, however as per the response from the seller only the ice from the upper portion where it makes the ice is recycled? i have 3 ice makers that recycle all the water inside the machine , including the ice that melts. since i purchase my water in 5 gallon bottles from the health food store, i would want it recycled. i just sent another message to the seller regarding my purchase and the damaged part i discovered upon the initial cleaning (as per the vague owners manual) , we'll see how it is remedied and i will not use it until then, and there it sits .....

Not pleased completely. Very little or no instructions. Not only that it does not keep the ice cold. It leaks down so it doesn’t keep it at a consistent temperature which makes it leak all over the floor. This is not what I had in mind but it’s cheaper to keep it then to send it back.

Was finicky from the start and now it is already not working at all. Even had a repair person out to look at it and he couldn't fix it either.

I am impressed with this machine it makes ice so fast it’s hard to believe!
