I got this for my husband who does a lot of Towing work with our car lot. He was easily able to install this and wire this in onto his tow truck. He is very familiar with wiring and stuff so installation was very easily done. It took him little to no time to get it all on and hooked up. And afterwards it worked like a charm. The sound was very clear and crisp with no issue whatsoever. I was a little worried about it because the previous review said that it didn't work, but I have a feeling that they just didn't have it hooked up properly because there has been no issue with ours. It's very loud as you need it to be and sounds off easily. I love that it has that speaker where you can talk through it as well and it will amplify your voice very loudly. Very helpful if you are towing a vehicle and trying to communicate with the people they're helping you. Definitely think this is a high quality piece of equipment and very well made! Great value for your money just by how well it works. If you are looking for a good emergency siren system I definitely recommend this one

Don’t work and they refuse my money back

Some other reviewer claimed this doesn't work, and it's possible that he got a defective one, but much more likely that he hooked it up wrong. There are a lot of wires and only one right way to hook them up! The instructions, while written in English, are not particularly helpful. This is basically like hooking up a car stereo. If you've done that, you can do this. Very cool machine.
