It’s very good product with good ingredients. Major downside though it’s nauseating feeling 15-20 min after ingestion.So used half a scoop instead of full scoop and drink it slowly over the hour you workout ..

I always have ABE pre. Not only for performance but for taste as they always hit the mark. I really wanted to try the HIIT drops and the new Baddy Berry flavour.I’m really disappointed as the flavour is awful. I genuinely wretched trying to get it down. I’ve tried every flavour and this is by far the worst. It’s really synthetic tasting and really hard to stomach.The HIIT drops im 50/50 on. It’s like I’ve just swallowed some vapour rub or had an airwaves chewing gum. It kinda helps? But every time I have some water it’s like I’m swallowing ice.I would 100% still buy ABE but just not Baddy Berry and I probably won’t get the HIIT drops again for the extra tenner I don’t think it’s worth it.
