So it works.
I used this on the end of wig wefts or weave. it worked perfectly! The ends are sealed enough that I can thread a needle through it. It dries flexibly enough to handle. It also lasts quite some time I managed to stitch two wigs together and haven't even used a third. It dries enough in about 30 mins so it's quick and great to use. I've been lucky and haven't got any on my fingers but I can imagine it would be easy to remove. It's quite fluid so a small drop is all you need, it absorbs completely through so you don't need to worry about coating both sides.I wouldn't use anything else on the ends of my hair wefts now I know it works brilliantly.

Lasts for ages and does the job
This is my second purchase. Great product. Does the job without leaving a shiny residue like some anti-fray products. Also good for ribbon ends to stop them fraying, and waxed cotton cut ends for beading, etc

great for sealing wefts
Bought this product to seal the wefts on my brazilian hair extensions to reinforce the tracks and minimize shedding. It worked well. The application was very easy as it was easy to control the amount of liquid coming out of the tube so I was able to use directly on the hair without making a mess. It held its place even after washing the hair but did rub off a little on certain areas which is expected.Liquid dries clear and without sheen so is hardly noticeable. It also dries very quickly. Within 5 seconds of applying the product is almost no longer visible.Overall a very good product as it does the job - It's a cheap way to seal the wefts on hair extensions. (and also stops snags on your tights from pulling)

Delivery could be better
The product is fine but Amazon said they delivered into my letterbox - they didn't they just threw it over my gate and left it in the middle of the drive. Lucky I didn't drive over it.

Works very well. A truly excellent addition to my sewing box.
I saw this product in use on an instrucitonal video so thought I would get some for my buttonholes. Worryingly it goes on looking like superglue but to my immense relief dries quickly to leave no trace other than stopping the fraying of fabric. Recommended.

Mixed view
It helps fraying in things like buttonholes when making them before cutting open, it works but does not stop the fray completely

A revelation
I have just started my latest cross stitch project and was having yet another trial with the outside edges fraying. I hate using frames so my pieces do get more man-handling than they should. I went onto google and someone said they used Fray check so I checked on Amazon ( naturally) and found this and ordered it. Yesterday I applied a thin line of it all round the outside edge of my Aida and left it to dry. Went back an hour later and it had bonded together the outside edge ... about a quarter of an inch. Last night I did a few hours work on it and guess what - not a fray in sight! I am therefore thrilled with this product and will never again start a cross stitch project without using it. It says on the bottle that is can be used on fine material on hems to stop it fraying and Im sure it would work well but for me its an absolute necessity for cross use on Aida. Brilliant.

Really useful stuff for all sorts of purposes
Really useful stuff for all sorts of purposes. Just used it to secure the edges of ancient oriental carpet - possibly you're not supposed to do that.......Also used it to secure inside edges of velvet cushion covers, and frayed cuffs of shetland jumpers. It last and lasts through washes. Feels a bit hard to start with, but softens after washing and ironing. It does make a dark mark on light coloured fabrics like cotton and linen, so you must be sure to use it on the inside that doesn't show.
