Good conversation starter
These are fun and help start the conversation without the awkward I’m trying to think of what questions to ask. They are easy to read and the verity of questions are great.I modify some questions depending on the kiddo I was talking with.

Great for Families
I got this for my 9 year old daughter for Christmas because I felt like I could never get her to talk to me about her day anymore. Needless to say, we have added this into our evening dinner routine. While eating dinner each night we pick a card or 2 & we all answer it. It’s not necessarily questions about her day but it provides her the opportunity to think critically about her answer & then provides us the opportunity to communicate & stimulate conversations! Our family loves it!

extremely well thought out cards
I am a Nationally Certified School Psychologist, and I often find myself in a position where I am dealing with many different school aged children. I find these cards to be well written, age appropriate, and very useful to teachers, parents, grandparents, pastors, and just about any person who either deals with children or has a child who is developmentally impaired. They would be very useful to be able to start a conversation or to simply engage a child who otherwise finds it difficult to talk about things. Great product.Bronwyn E Rains, PhD

Surprisingly fun
We use these cards during dinner to spark conversations with our 5 year old. She loves it, and it has resulted in us having some fun during dinner (without distracting from dinner). We each take one card each night, and everyone answers the question on each card. I think my daughter enjoys that it feels like a game. We were reluctant at first (as it felt “fake”) but this has been a win for us!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
My 11 yr old daughter needed needed a little help with small talk and this really worked! She brought them in the car with her one day and started asking me questions from them and i in turn ask her. I never told her the purpose for them so I couldn’t believe it when we got about 10 questions into it (and of course discussion about our answers in between) She said “you know what? I bet these questions would be good for the small talk u wanted me to work on.” So I guess that about sums up how good these cards are. Plus the bonus you can find out a little more about your child that might surprise you... DEFINITELY highly recommend!!

Almost perfect...
My family and I really enjoy everything about this! It really is a lot of fun getting to know each other and how we think... We've played it a few times since we opened it on Christmas.. great family activity! Only complaint is one card we came across... Our family is mixed among several different ancestories... Of all different colors and nationalities... This card only creates questions that children like mine would never think of or consider being an actual question because our family is every color... Completely unnecessary and divisive question... Otherwise it's great! (You can see we tried to rip the card)

Easy to transport and great for building rapport!
As a community-based AMFT, I am always on the lookout for therapeutic materials that are easy to transport and easy to incorporate into a variety of activities for my clients. I use these frequently! They are about the size of a deck of cards and fit perfectly into my bag wherever I go. I've used them on their own as well as incorporated into favorite games such as jenga or sorry. These are versatile and have great questions to build rapport, model and practice social skills, learn about the child's life in developmentally appropriate ways, and to encourage honest and open communication. Highly recommend!
