was not sure what to use and got recomended this producteasy to go on - easy to smoothonly issue i wound with matt emulsion was a little cracking , no crazy pavingnot sure if that is due to natural expansion / contraction as the temp changesthe actual caulk stayed stuck and still have 12 months later .

Caulk is much of a muchness but Polycell is a well known brand - rarely seen at the price l paid - what's not to like?Used some and it's as expected - throughly reccommend. Longtime tradesman.

Great stuff, used some on a pealing papered ceiling and to blend the paper edge to match up to the wall, worked wonders, also used exess to fill bigger holes and worked great. Mainly bought for restoring skirting boards that ore no longer flush to the wall and for cracks showing in joins in the corners of the plasterboarded walls. Would order again. silicone tool advised to use to get a good finish on corners

But be warned. This product causes colour-change problems when over-painted with Dulux emulsion paints and therefore must be over-painted with an oil-based paint prior to using these products. This is surprising given that this product is designed for use with Dulux paints (Polycell and Dulux are effectively the same company) an issue about which I complained to Dulux but to no avail. I sent them photos of the problem in the room I had decorated but got the usual corporate 'fobbing off' reply. However, this issue aside, I'd recommend this product because it's nice to work with and is flexible and durable once cured.
