Watch delivered but not working and not a able to charge since the watch is not yet turned on. No response from the customer service and I'm not able to return the package too.

Watch looks very good but fitbit software needs lot of improvement. I have a hard time syncing with Android phone. Whatsapp notifications are still erratic on the watch. Many other cheaper options in the market fare much better. Rethink before buying.

I have bought multiple Fit bit bands till now and for each band, they have a different charging port and if you lose the charging cable you might end up paying 800-900 rs for that 6 inch long cable.currently I have Charge HR , Pulse , Surge and verse all of them are with different charging points and the quality of each strap is something you would keep in mind no matter you go for basic one or the top of the line band.

Writing this review after one week of wearing the watch. Syncing takes a lot of time and it most of the unresponsive. 11k is a lot!!
