Santoku Knife

Very happy with it, 1year of use not heavy at all but it would come down to the individuals ability, comfortable handle looks beautiful and it feels balanced. Still sharp after a year although I am using a honing rod to keep it at its best.

Exceptionally sharp and edge has been maintained after many months of use. Surprisingly good value. Bought another for my daughter

the blade chips on contact with anything harder than a banana. it has been sharpened on wet stones and the edge will only last a week of normal cooking (home cook) i chop on a wooden board. very disappointing. I've had the knife 6 months and have had to sharpen in every 2 weeks. ( i hone before every use) for the price £60 for a santoku i expect better

Got this as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend’s parents and they are really loving it! The knife is very high quality. Sturdy, good size for all knife work, solid handle, good weight to it. It’s comfortable and easy to use, and also has some visual appeal in your kitchen.
