They are perfect snack size but they all came with a discolored chocolate. Has a white look like it has been refrigerated or something

Chocolate not very good (tastes old)
I'm pretty sure I'm gotten this before but the chocolate isn't smooth or creamy (yes, dark chocolate can still be smooth & creamy). Good by date is June 2022 so it wasn't expired. Won't get again.
