This unit was straightforward to install, link to the app and operation is seemless. I’m controlling a 220v baseboard heater unit in my crawlspace. Works perfectly

This piece of junk does not have the option to switch from Celsius to Fahrenheit, what product would not have the option to switch??? Now the return window closed so I can’t return this trash. I ordered one a few months ago that looked the same, and it displayed in F, now the second one I ordered looks the same, but only displays C. I did not even consider that there would be a difference. The description states C or F, but it is not clear that you have to choose the device to switch from C to F. How hard is it to have a menu that allows changing the unit??? nearly everything digital has that option.

This is an excellent product especially for its price. It was easy to install and to configure. There are so many features on the app. I'm very pleased with it and I recommend it highly.

The fact that the unit does actually work is why I did not give it one star. My complaints follow.1. Installer had difficulty. Front plate did not fit well; comes off too easily.2. Connection to Wi-Fi finally succeeded; app works well, but:3. Unit's temperature reading is about 9 °F too high. There is a setting to correct this, but changing it appears to have no effect. Also, the change reverts back to its -2 °F after some time.4. Since the floor heat is not turned on if the setting is within 2 °F, you have to have the setting at 90° to heat the floor when the actual room temperature is only 81° (for example).5. The display only stays lit for a short period of time; Goes dark again just when you have found the icon you were looking for! Designed to be frustrating!6. The manual is almost useless. Printer, poorly, in 4-point font and too highly abbreviated.

Easy to install, according to son. Now I call out to Alexa and the heat goes on, off, up or down. Great for me.

The instructions sucked! Small print! Also it says it is for 120 and/or 240 volt but NO WHERE in the instructions does it say 240 volt! So we rolled the dice and connected it to 240 Volt and it worked. Connection was super easy. I chose this stat cause it is the ONLY one I could find that would connect to an open network.
