These shims work well. Something to note is that if you use the full shim, it will shave some high end frequencies off of your guitar acoustically. If you cut the shim so that the thick part is just in the back of the neck pocket, you will retain those highs more effectively (since the neck is making full contact towards the front of the pocket). These DEFINITELY work better than using business cards, cardboard, or cut up guitar picks as shims. Another trick is to use a black sharpie to color the sides of the shim so that it blends in better with the neck pocket. I can recommend including stacking the slimmer two shims for a .75° pitch if needed. Cuts easy enough with scissors when you trim them down. 😎👍✨

Jaguarのネックポケットには若干大きくて、数ミリほどヒール部分を削る必要がありました。 さすがにメイプル製というだけあって、ヤスリやカッターではなかなか削れない硬さです。 幸い0.25度だけ必要だったので、これはニッパーでカットして整形することができましたが、0.5度や1度の加工は骨が折れると思います。 取りつけた効果は素晴らしく、共振を減らすブリッジの高さに上げたあとでも、指板上の弦高はかなり低く設定できました。

商品説明の日本語が怪しすぎて何を言っているか分かりませんが、シム自体は角度も付いていて使えました。ネックがなかなか言うことを聞かなくなったFender 60s JBに装着して、ようやく落ち着きました。半額以下の他のシムには角度も付いていないようですので、安くはないですがこちらをお勧めします。耐久性はまだ分かりませんので星一つ減です。

It fit better than the Stew Mac version. As my pics show, I had both 1 degree and the Tosicam actually fit the guitar body better. They both looked exactly the same, the width and quality was the same, but the Stew Mac was a little too big, therefore if I used it, the Stew Mac would need to be modified. But not the Tosicam, that one fit perfectly. So, I feel with the Stew Mac you are just buying the name, because the shims look and feel the same.
