Good product - highly recommended.
This product is one of the best in it's category. It has good calling quality. It is trendy looking, accurate gps and good charging. There are some simple but very effective functionality and easy to operate. I highly recommend this one.

Amazing watch!
My kid has been using this for more than a year and a half. It’s an amazing watch. The location is accurate and the video and audio quality really amazing. Highly recommended

Worst kids watch, over priced.
Worst watch. Cannot connect to any WiFi in Indian households. Also the call and video call using cellular data is also worse. Way too pricy(Rs.7,990/-), better to buy a smart phone at the same price for kids.

Great calling watch for kids.
I’m quiet satisfied with the watch. It serves the purpose of keeping track of kids.Pros:1. Call quality is good with JIO sim.2. Battery backup is good and also gets enhanced with automatic shutdown and restart.3. Class mode is a useful feature.4. Parental control is great and app is easy to use.5. Customer support is quiet supportive and prompt. I had issue binding watch with iPhone but they helped with the resolution.Cons:1. Watch is bit pricey.2. GPS is inconsistent at times.Overall it’s a great product. I truly recommend this watch.

Perfect for kids
I am writing this review after using the watch for 1 month. The watch is good with all the features working well. We initially had some issues in setting up the watch and later with location tracking but the imoo customer support has been really helpful in resolving those. Apparently it was a SIM network issue and not hardware issue. I would recommend using a SIM other than JIO. Airtel works best.I definitely recommend the product for kids. Location tracking accuracy is upto 20-30 mtrs with GPS. I am able to keep track of my kid whenever she is out on her own. Other most used feature in the past month is calling, video calling and class mode. All these work as intended. The parental controls make sure that the kid is not distracted during class hours by unwanted calls. Super happy with the purchase.

Ok ok watch... Not value for money product
Video calling feature is not working which is the main feature of this watch.Gps is ok and call quality is ok.

The Imoo watch has given me peace of mind and keeps my child engaged and connected in a safe way. I highly recommend this product to parents looking for a reliable kid's smartwatch.What truly stands out, is Imoo's customer care service. When I had a small issue with Sim tray, they were quick to respond and also resolve by sending a new sim tray which fixed the problem.
