Best sauce
Nothing can be compared than making Cha Chiu at home. Buy the pork shoulder and marinade it overnight, put it air fryer and cook for 40 minutes. Put some honey on top before finished.

Recipe seems to have a new improved profit margin, sorry, flavour.
The taste has changed, much weaker flavour now. In addition, the jar is much smaller but it seems (based on my local shop) to have also become more expensive.

Good product but arrived damaged
6 jars but one had a blown safety button. Thankfully others ok but when paying this price expect them all to be good.

I love terryaki and have tried many different brands.This one comes out tops for me with lots of favour and nice and thick.Great for cooking for love to dip my Bao buns in them or terryaki chicken for that extra flavour.Also great value for a pack of six.

This is the one and only brand of sauce I love and the flavour is amazing on pork. I would not swap it for anything else. There is no brand that matches this one when it comes to char siu pork. Great value for money. Although it says vegetarian I think only pork does it with this sauce.
