Harmonica Songbook: Shanties & Songs of the Sea (Songbooks for Harmonica)

There is a good variety of songs, some well-known, others less so. The selection of songs mirrors the collection of sea songs for ukulele, so you can practise both instruments on the same song. Finally, the collection is not expensive (I’ve paid twice as much for other books). What mars this book ‘though is poor proof-reading. For example, each line in the song ‘Bully in the Alley’ is shown as ending in the word ‘al.’ It should be ‘now’ - there’s no such word as ‘al’ in English. More importantly, the page numbers shown on the contents page bear no relation to where in the book the songs actually appear. I would guess someone has simply printed out the Kindle version without checking the pagination. Either that or he/she has been hitting the grog.
