It does as it says
The computer has very good sound . The image is clear . The screen is not small . It’s 15.6 inch it allows ur peripheral vision not to strain. The product was delivered a day earlier than the expected day. That’s good service. It’s worth the money. Nice to have touch screen and do away with the mouse

A great Lap Top
We are using this laptop mainly for Bookkeeping at the moment but it's a really good laptop 💻 and much better than our old Computer 🖥

Stopped working after 2 weeks
When it was working I thought it was excellent. Would have given 5 stars if it hadn't let me down . Unfortunately after 2 weeks it would not power on. I managed to get it working by doing a reset (holding down the power button for 30 secs with everything disconnected) but the next day it would not power on again and the reset trick did not work. I went through all the troubleshooting tips on HP's website but still no joy. Contacted HP support and agreed to send it to them for repair rather than ask Amazon for a replacement as I was not sure if all data had been backed up to the cloud. I hope the repair will be permanent as I was initially impressed with the machine. It does everything I wanted and the touch screen makes it easy to use. On the downside I would have liked more usb ports and/or a memory card reader but at the price I paid the specs are more than adequate. Fingers crossed that I was just unlucky on this occasion and will update this review should I have any more problems.
