This kit is AWESOME! I’ve never decorated a cake before and this made it super easy. I could not figure out how to work the cake leveler and have NO clue what some of the pieces are for and the scanner thing on the back of the box takes you to a page that isn’t up anymore. Other than those very small things I am extremely pleased with this kit.

The plastic comes off and can be used as a tray for the cake, be careful it’s a little flimsy once it’s off the stand. I also With it had a cover because when I was done I realized I had nowhere to store my big ass cake 😂 maybe that was my mistake as a beginner but I LOVE it for my first one . I will look into other ones because my cousin wants to practice too so I’ll give her this one and give a different one a try but I would def recommend and buy again ! (( I also wish I could post a picture of my cake that ended up falling apart on me because I couldn’t wait for it to cool off to start lmao ! It looks nasty kind of but tastes good ))

Nice beginner set. The biggest improvement I could see would be to have a storage container for the piping tips. I'm a beginner but have found this to be easy to use, highly recommend for an inexpensive way to get into cake decorating.

My kit was missing one decorating tip. There's not a normal sized petal tip- only very big and thick, for like borders not roses, only 1 writing tip. The rose nail is tiny so not good for larger flowers and the flower lifter is weird, different than any I've used before. The plastic icing scrapers are really small. Pretty much all of the tips are similar star tips, and will never be used. The quality is okay otherwise, but you get what you pay for so keep that in mind. I have to now buy more tips to actually get the ones I need

This is fun for a kid starting out, but definitely overpriced. It wasn't worth more than $15. More plug-and-play plastic factory crap where multiple brands stick their names on the same junky product. I never received the email with the e-book. The QR code they've plastered in six different places is inactive. The tips are thin, cheap aluminum and several came bent. The plate is wobbly and ratchetey. It's just all really cheap quality. I would never buy it again, but my 11 year-old enjoys it, so we'll keep it.

I used to be really into baking cute cakes and cupcakes as a teen but stopped after adult life got very busy. My 3 yo is turning 4 next month and she wants a cute unicorn cake. I figured that’s something I would love to do myself but I don’t live at home anymore and needed a solid kit to bake this cake. This is the perfect kit to start with and has all the tools I’ll need at an affordable price! I haven’t used it yet but everything seems sturdy and reliable upon first inspection! This seller is very communicative with their customers too!

I've used some of the piping tips and it works well. I also used the disposable piping bags and I didn't have any issue at all. The turntable is okay, it doesn't turn smoothly but it serves its purpose. But for beginners like me it is perfect.

I'm just beginning to try and learn these skills, and this kit delivered everything I need. Some components seem a bit cheap, but they work fine and won't get heavy use.

Great value for your money and definitely a great price for the items that were included. I got the free decorating book as promised before the order arrived.
