Primrose H51cm Stylish Modern Free Standing Hatfield Cast Stone Bird Bath

Brilliant service from Primrose. Purchased on the 19th and was delivered on the 20th. After reading the previous review was a bit wary of the shipping, but the bird bath was packaged securely (2 separate boxes) and arrived in perfect condition. Looks great and can't wait to see it in the garden.

The bird bath came quickly, but was of very poor quality for the money.The top bath part does not fit squarely on the stand.The paint job on the whole unit is terrible, looks like it was painted by a 5 year old.It is not what I expected for the price.I would not recommend this bird bath at all.

I wish to return this product, as it does not meet with my expectations. Whilst it was advertised as a stone birdbath, the texture and colour of the reconstituted stone was not as I had expected.Additionally, this particular item was damaged. It has a long surface break on the central bowl, which must have been fairly obvious before it was sent. I would anyway have needed a replacement, but I wish to return the product.Please could you let me know how to return this. Thank you Gillian Miles.

I expected the stand of the product would be solidHope it will withstand the strong winds I get in my garden !!Delivery service was excellent and the product was well packed.

Very poor after sale service not worth the money

Bought this as an early Xmas present for my Mum and she loves it.

Just what we wanted a good product

Cast stone should read more like shaped concrete, because that's what I think it is made of. The top bowl section has a slot system to lock it to the base, this sadly is fractionally off and the base is not totally square with the bowl in appearance. On the plus side, the delivery and customer information side appears to good and the product doesn't look too bad from a distance. I will not send this back as too much hassle, but will not stand it in a central position as planned to.
