Doesn't quite fit me. I have gained some weight but by the criteria it should fit me. Granted, it does just on the very last notch. I would just be careful when ordering and hopefully when I loose a little of the weight it should fit better. Although, I do love this belt because I have used others in the past that were velcro and didnt last. This one stays where its supposed to be and seems very sturdy

I'm 43 year old female and only started focusing on weightlifting last year, in which I had "thrown my back out" at least 4 times (not all from workouts but some). Since I've moved up in weights, I decided to try using a belt for leg/back days. The belt at my work gym is used by all and it was more bulky (more for big guys) and uncomfortable. Awesome belt , it's unique as well and you will be the only one at your gym with this belt. It's perfect thickness, not to wide or to thin its also suede or similar material on both sides as well as small padding that is just perfect and snugg on the lower back.
