Battery takes ages to charge and discharges very quickly but my 8 year old is having so much fun creating 3d objects with this, including new shoes for her barbie dolls and a ring for me!

Easy to use

My 9 year old for this for Christmas ams compared to her previous pens, it is not overly user friendly.The extremely short lengths of filament the fact you can only use the branded filiment are not great.Also an issue is the fact you can't use it whilst plugged in and the battery can easily and quickly run out while a child is using it, meaning ink is stuck there till the thing is charged again.Also fails to enter reverse mode to remove unused inkIn summery there are cheaper and easier 3d pens for children( also bought it in October so cant return it 2 days after Santa came).

We bought this as a gift for Christmas. It’s come without a doodle mat, with less strands than it says and doesn’t work. Looks like there was a strand stuck in it and so im guessing we’ve been sent out one that has already been returned. Load of rubbish and a waste of money. Really disappointed and can’t get a refund because of the time I had bought it.

Works fine but unable to find the refills. Should have bought one that works with standard 1.75 mm filaments. Waste of money.

Had I known that refills would be such an issue I would never have bought.It would be a great toy if refills were easily purchased.

I had to send it back as the filament got stuck after first time using.

Sadly this pen broke on Boxing Day, after being bought for my children for Christmas. We bought it because we wanted something child safe, however it was a waste of money and not at all cheap. Would not recommend.
