Great little radio!
Installed into a 2016 Fiat for my wife, who loves the new Carplay functionality. Easy install once you stare at it for a bit. Took the opportunity to install a backup camera, which wired right into the unit!Compared the the factory unit, which would have been 10 times the cost to replace, and only had Bluetooth, this unit is awesome!

Nice Upgrade for Fiat 500
I installed this XTRONS stereo in my 2017 Fiat 500 and it's been a great upgrade so far. The touchscreen is bright and responsive, and the interface is modern and easy to navigate. Bluetooth works well for music and calls, and the built-in GPS has been reliable on the road.Sound quality is noticeably better than the stock unit, especially after adjusting some of the audio settings. The main downside is that screen mirroring doesn't work as expected, and the companion app isn’t very responsive. It’s a bit frustrating since those features were part of the reason I chose this model.Overall, a solid choice if you're looking to update your Fiat 500’s dashboard with more tech and a better user experience.

Easy to Install and works well
I got this for my wife's 2017 500 Abarth since she wanted a car with Android Auto capability. I am not extremely skilled in car maintenance but was able to install this pretty easily with help from a Youtube video. It connects well for wireless Android Auto and greatly improves the car's functionality with modern features. I also like how I can change the color of the buttons with an RGB selector to make them match the dash color inserts. Only down side is the GPS unit in it is finicky (but doesnt matter really since we use GPS on our phones with Android Auto) and it desynchs the clock in the gauge cluster (which doesnt matter if you use android auto because the time from your clock will display on the unit).

Edited review after almost a year of use
Edit of an Edit: I was a bit harsh. The stereo is ok, not high quality, but unfortunately it's as good as you're going to get for a 2016-2020 Fiat 500 replacement without spending $2000. I had to work some glitches out after a year of use. Make sure you do updates directly from the play store. If you play MP3's over streaming music, use the Musicolet app, I used Pulsar for a while, but it won't work properly with Android Auto on this stereo for some reason. Works great on my other vehicles, just not with this stereo. It will replay songs when you get notifications from Google maps. Doesn't do that with Musicolet, YouTube music (which is despise), or Spotify. Backup camera sucks when you first start up your car, but after the stereo runs for a bit, camera will work smoothly. Like I said, it's just an ok stereo, but if you're patient and do a lot, I mean a lot of tinkering with settings and apps, it will work.Edit: I'll leave my original review, but will tell you what I think after a year of use. This stereo sucks. It sounds ok when the sound works. It's like theirs a software glitch with this stereo. It will play my songs, but no sound until I restart the head unit. Most apps glitch on this stereo. It's annoying, I even do regular software updates and it still glitches. The android auto is crap on it. If I get a notification, it will restart whatever song I'm listening to. If I use maps and get notifications for turns and what not, you can only imagine how annoying this is. Sometimes this stereo won't even turn on, I'll have to restart my car a couple times to reset the operating system. I got so annoyed with the android auto glitches I've decided to give the Google maps app a try. I had to stick in a micro SD card and download offline maps for all of Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, and Michigan, the areas I typically drive. That was working fine until about a week ago. The damn stereo will recognize my sd card, it isn't corrupt, checks out fine and tells me how much data is used. Go to Google maps, it says to install an SD card and load maps. There is an SD card with maps already loaded on it! I did like this stereo at first, but that was short lived. The backup camera takes forever to load, it's pathetic. There is absolutely no point for me to use my backup camera because I have to sit for a couple minutes until an image appears. This stereo is the literal definition of crap. I could shove a giant turd into my dashboard and that giant turd would make for a better stereo. Get a hold of Xtrons customer service and they're absolutely useless. I know the issues are no with my phone, my phone works perfectly fine with the Boss android auto/car play stereo in my Hyundai. I've used my phone in other vehicles with android auto and have had no issues. This pisses me off, there isn't many options for aftermarket stereos for Fiat 500's made after 2016. Xtrons really needs to address these issues. I'm reluctant to reinstall the stock Uconnect stereo, but I may end up doing that and giving up maps altogether. This has been an absolute disappointment.I like this Xtrons unit, but it isn't without flaws. It was simple to install in my Fiat, and literally everything is plug and play when it comes to installation. The instructions for installing are crap, so luckily there's several videos on YouTube when it comes to this stuff. Once installed, I had to change several settings on the stereo. It wouldn't allow me to watch videos or use a camera. There is a setting that locks those features, pretty stupid to have that set from the factory. I had to Google how to fix that. I use Android phones, never had issues with my other aftermarket stereos when it comes to android auto. This stereo sucked to connect. I had to change settings on my phone's android auto and maps to allow full use. Once I did that, android auto worked fairly good, well at least my maps. The xtrons stereo doesn't seem to care for third party music apps that are supposed to be compatible with Android auto. I use Pulsar for my music, since I have mp3s stored to my phone. Pulsar works beautifully with my Boss Elite stereo in my Hyundai, but not on this stereo. Whenever I get a text notification or any notifications from Google maps, it will restart the song I'm listening to. Very frustrating. YouTube music works great with it, but I hate YouTube music. Spotify does the same glitch. I'm trying to get that sorted out. Other than those fee glitches, the stereo is amazing. It sounds great, has plenty of power to push my Pioneer Pro speakers. Sub output is great, video quality isn't bad. The processor could be better, but isn't horrible. It does some weird stuff with the canbus, especially with my headlights. If my lights are switched to on before I start the car, the stereo doesn't recognize they're on and it won't put the screen in night mode. I have to turn the lights off and on to fix that. Steering wheel functions work flawlessly! For under $400, it isn't a bad stereo. I'm just working out the bugs, unfortunately it is an Android operating system, so it is without flaws. I will say, it is a heck of a lot better than Fiat's Uconnect garbage, but a transistor radio is better than the stock Uconnect!

Very good replacement for the OEM radio
Virtually plug and play, installable in under an hour. Android Auto works great wirelessly. Integrates flawlessly with steering wheel controls. Let's you know when the doors are open and which ones are which is nice. Supports factory backup sensors. My only complaints are that the radio does not keep time and thus now the clock does not match on the cluster to what is on my phone, and the daytime brightness - even maxxed out - is a touch too dim. Other than that, it works great.

Perfect fit!
This unit is a perfect fit for my 2019 Fiat 500 (USA). Supports Bluetooth CarPlay, which was a surprise (I was planning for wired CarPlay).Incredibly easy to install, but find the videos on YouTube since it comes with literally no instructions. There’s an amazing video that someone made for the installation and another video that he links to for the appropriate settings. The only odd thing, and I won’t take off a star for it, is that the car’s gauge display clock loses time. The CarPlay time is always correct from my iPhone obviously. To sync up the car’s clock, periodically I have to go into the unit’s settings, connect to my phone’s wifi, and let the clock sync.
