Q: Can i use this to polish my carbon steal knifes ?

Not sure but probably. Works on most metals but is a cleaner rather than a polish.

Q: is this product flammable, I want to post to a friend abroad and there are restrictions on flammable items.

According to this product’s material data safety sheet, it contains hydrocarbon solvents and is indeed flammable. Posting it abroad, potentially being transported on a plane is probably not a good idea. My advise would be to try to have Amazon, or the manufacturer - Picreator Enterprises Ltd - ship it abroad. Or buy through the Amazon shop of that country. That way any regulations and possible restrictions regarding shipping will be observed.
