Let's get the bad news out of the way first - bit high in sugar but I prefer that to artificial sweetners Good news is still less than 270 cals. Best news 18.8 grams of protein. Tasty, filling, good texture & easy for a quick brekkie or to take to work. Used the tubs for transplanting in the garden but would love it if they did this in sachets

Unwilling to relinquish my morning porridge during a 9kg weight cut. I bought these to control my calorie intake better and ensure I was getting a serving of protein at breakfast. Now I’m hooked and have them every morning. I add raisins or any topping I fancy. These pots are delicious, free of the myriad of artificial sweeteners and cancer causing chemicals they are filling everything with these days. Really recommend these lovely little porridge pots, if you want to sponsor me Fuel I would love to rep you! Just please remove the hideous sucralose from ur protein muffin pots then I’ll be a very happy bunny.

Great product for pre-exercise
I love these porridge pots! I actually use them for breakfast prior to a long run and they work really well. I was running 10, 14, 16 miles with one of these an hour beforehand and didn't get hungry! I managed a marathon PB on one of these and a banana so they must be good! Taste is really chocolatey - I do like the other flavours but this is my favourite. Done in minutes, tasty and good fuel!
