Make sure battery cable isn't loose

Great item. Brief scare initially that it would shut off immediately when unplugged. Unscrewed back to find the battery cable was loose. Pushed it in to seat it correctly and everything solved.

Definitely NOT "like new"

Device external condition "good" at best. Significant scratches/etc. on plastic surfaces, notable broken plastic around the SmartCard slot on the left and the fan exhaust on the bottom of the unit. Finish worn off the corner of the palmrest and around the USB and HDMI ports. An appliqué-type textured vinyl cover was added to the top and bottom clamshells.On the upside, powers-on and Dell onboard hardware diagnostics pass.

This worked really well for me.

I kind of got use the the computer from my work, so I basically bought this so I could use my "teleworking" setup interchangeably with a personal laptop. Worked out great. I've had it for over 6 months now and it's been flawless.
